Simple & Easy SkinCare Tips

Here are a few tips for Skin:

  • Always take your make-up off @ night. If left on it can clog pores which leads to breakouts. Especially if your skin is prone to be a little oily.
  • Eat lots of raw fruits & berries,(they are loaded w/antioxidants), Leafy green vegetables are good also.
  • Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.                                                          Water cleans,detoxifies & also bathes                                                         your cells.
  • Get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Excercise regularly,@ least 30 min. per day.
  •  Be calm to reduce stress. Stress plays an important role in how healthy your skin looks.
  • Vitamin A helps repair & protect your skin from sun damage.(also 1 of the most important antioxidants.
  • Always wear sunscreen w/at least an spf of 15.
