Introduction:  Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself.  I am 38 years old & I have been researching all sorts of ways to make money online for the past several years- but more so this year after the death of my great grandmother (101years old by the way!)   Whom for the last 5years I had taken care of.                                                                                                                   I was soon faced with the fact that I had no type of income what so ever.  We had lived off of her modest SSI check every month since I couldn’t really leave her alone.                                                                               Long-story-short:  I frantically tried just about everything that came my way.  Everything from copy/paste jobs to millionaire overnight scheme’s.  I was unknowingly “naive” to all the scams online & I ended up using what little funds I did have left,  trying to find that 1 person who still had a heart & was sincere about the promises they were making.   After all,  aren’t we supposed to help each other out? Especially in those extremely rough times..

Finally, I got a gift from above in the form of an email.

I joined Wealthy Afffiliate that very day & instinctively knew this was where I was meant to be.  I started the training & automatically I received messages from other WA members offering their help & support.    NO WHERE ELSE had ever even came close!

I began the Free Training  & was amazed @ just how much I had learned in the first few lessons.  These days, I am still learning something new everyday.  And I have a sense of accomplishment.       Now, I feel like it’s my time to “pay-a little-bit- forward” by helping you skip all the liar’s, thieves & scammer’s out there who are just trying to make a buck off you.

Pro’s & Con’s:  This, honestly was the hardest paragraph out of this entire article to write.  I have spent so much time just trying to find anything within Wealthy Affiliate that I would label under Con.               I was going to say-maybe the price of $47.00 to go premium; but I have to be honest:  “Even though I struggled & took several weeks to come up w/ the $47.   It was worth every penny & then some.

Who is Wealthy Affiliate for?   WA is for anyone who is serious about building a business for yourself.   My guarantee to you is that ANYONE:   from a complete beginner to a seasoned vet, will benefit tremendously  by joining.

Training & Tools:  There are more training’s, discussion’s, live video classes, live chats etc. here w/in Wealthy Affiliate than you have seen anywhere else.  It is like no other place I have been.  Things like wordpress are very useful.

Support:  The interaction  with other members here in the community is not only helpful but its also motivational.  They offer live chat’s,  and where else but here- can you interact directly with the owners of a site or business?

Price:  “FREE!!!”    If you decide to upgrade to premiumlater, it is $47.  But I am here to testify that it is well worth it.

My final opinion:   Just give it a try!  I have accomplished so much here.  My sole purpose is to let as many people as I can know just how greatful I am that I found WA.  And I hope to prove that there are still a few honest, caring & reliable places to turn to when you need help.                                                                                                                              Come give it a try!

Acne skincare tips

Acne skincare tips:

What is acne?

Acne is a distressed skin condition that results in inflammatory & non-inflammatory lesions on your skin. Although it affects several age groups @ different stages in your life, it usually begins at the onset of puberty.

The most common type is called Acne Vulgaris. (puberty stage)             There is also Adult Acne,  which is acne that develops in the 20’s & older.  It is often caused by hormone fluctuation’s or external factors such as comedogenic (pore clogging) skincare products.acne on face

Hereditary factors:

Acne also has hereditary factors. It involves the genes we inherit from our parents that determine how our bodies & skin function.  If either parent had acne or oily skin, chances are likely the child will have it too.

Emotional stress is another contributor of acne.                                         An acne pimple is an inflammatory lesion. (red & swollen)                           While non-inflammatory is not red or swollen.                                                     examples of non-inflammatory lesions are:                                                               * Open Comedomes (blackheads)                                                                               * Closed  Comedomes (whiteheads)

More Acne skincare tips:

  1. Eat a nutritious, well balanced diet. The chinese believe that acne is tied to incomplete digestion.
  2. Eat raw or lightly cooked vegetables & green leafy vegetables.
  3. Any fiber rich foods- which ensure a clean gastro intestinal tract.
  4. Drink plenty of water to flush toxins from body.

Avoid alcohol, soda, chocolate, fried foods & refined sugar.

Herbal treatments:

  • Cucumber refreshes oily skin. slice a fresh cucumber & place slices on your skin for 5-10  minutes daily.

Pinebark & grapeseed extracts are high in bioflavonoids, which enhance the healing action of vitamin c.  They are also anti-inflammatory agents.                                                            cucumbers

  • Tips:
  • Never pick, pinch or squeeze a pimple. It enhances the chance of infection & scarring.
  • Do use hypoallergenic soaps.
  • Exercise enough to break a sweat; Toxin’s are excreted through the skin when you sweat.
  • A clay mask is beneficial for oily skin.

Use water-based make-up. Oil based will clog pores causing more breakouts.
